All products sold through Etsy or delivered via custom orders are digital files only. No physical items will be shipped.

2. Usage Rights

Products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, share, or distribute these files.

If you're interested in commercial use, please email us to request permission or purchase extended licensing.

3. Custom Orders

Turnaround time for custom orders is typically within 24–48 hours. You will be contacted via the email you provide on the form if additional information is needed.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience an issue with your file or download, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.

5. Limitation of Liability

Simple Sprout Designs is not liable for printing issues related to user error, printer settings, or third-party services.
